Although being in isolation can have an effect on our mental health, I think that getting dressed in something that differentiates day and night helps. With the weather feeling warmer and the evenings getting lighter dressing in brighter hues is sure to boost your mood, even if you’re only heading to the garden or your living room. Opt for a pastel sweatshirt with jeans, a bright cardigan or if you’re feeling bold a colour clash! Now is the perfect time for few try on sessions with your current wardrobe to see what works for you and what colour combinations you like.
